Mini Camps
Join us this summer for a variety of classes. Like last year our summer will have weekly themes and three days that you can sign your child up for during the week.
Enchanted Forest - Week 1
June 17
Under the Magnifying Glass 2:00-4:00 Students will create 3D bugs using paper, cardboard and other materials |
June 18
Into the Woods 2:00-3:30 Watercolor a scene from the woods. Students will learn perspective and be able to add their own deetails |
June 19
Whispers of the Woods 2:00-4:00 Students will create their own 3D Mushroom sculptures |
Meet the Masters- Week 2
June 24
Dancing Under the Sun 2:00-3:30 Students will learn about the VanGogh and the Post Impressionism movement. They will then create a painting of Sunflowers on fabric with pastels. |
June 25
Wild Things 2:00-3:30 Students will learn about the fauvist artist Franz Marc and his paintings of animals. They will then create a painting of an animal in the style. |
Summer Fun- Week 3
July 1
Summer Yummy's and Bubbles 2:00-3:30 Using oil pastels students will draw their favorite summer treat. When finished using watercolors they will learn to make bubbles |

Paint Me Out To The Ball Game 2:00-3:30 Students will paint a canvas of their favorite sport |
July 3
American Celebration 2:00-3:30 Come celebrate the 4th of July with a painting of fireworks or the flag. |
Critter Week - Week 4
July 15
I'm Wild About 2:00-4:00 After learning about relief sculptures students will create a portrait of an animal using sculpy clay. |
July 16
Furry Friends 2:00-3:30 Students will learn how to paint their favorite pet with watercolors. If they don't have a pet we can find an animal they would like to paint. |
July 17
Flying Around 2:00-4:00 Using recycled materials, paint and markers students will create a mobile of birds. |

July 22
Big Bang 2:00-4:00 Students will learn about the pop art movement and create 3D pieces. |

My Little Sunshine 2:00-4:00 Students will create these adorable suns using cardboard and paint. They will also learn about patterns and rhythm in art. |
July 30
Coral Reef Adventure 2:00-3:30 After learning about the coral reefs students will create a painting using watercolors. |
July 31
Rhythmic Brushstrokes 2:00-3:30 While exploring the connection of art and music students will create a painting with a musical theme. |
